Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
For private chef experiences and catering, we recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks ahead. Popular dates (holidays, wedding season) may require more notice. Cooking classes can often be arranged with shorter lead times.
Do you travel outside Melbourne?
Yes, we service all of Victoria and can travel interstate for larger events. Travel costs are discussed during the booking process.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We work with all dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and specific allergies. Just let us know when booking.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full details are provided at booking. Generally, cancellations more than 7 days before your event receive a full refund. Closer cancellations may incur fees depending on preparation already undertaken.
